Let's step into the summer season together, and drop into a practice to invite light, come home and connect to the energy you want to invite in to this season.
We'll begin with setting intention, opening the space and some guided meditation, before moving into a Cacao Circle together to connect to your heart space, move into a loving frequency and generate an open-hearted space to maximise the depth of the breathwork.
