We'll begin with setting intention, opening the space and some guided meditation, before moving into a Cacao Ceremony together, to open and connect to your heart space.

Then we'll move into a music guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey (a breathwork journey that can be incredibly powerful for release, transformation and emotional processing), before finishing with a sound bath to integrate, restore, shift and ground.
