Our Monthly big event - Join Jenny (Mind and Body Trainer at Third Space, Canary Wharf) to discover the medicine of cacao, power of your breath &  the beautiful effects of sound to integrate.  All in the beautiful main studio at The Lodge, overlooking Southwark Park, and with a beautiful community of people. 

(all the Cacao and Breath events this year have sold out, so early booking is recommended) 

We'll begin with setting intention, opening the space and some guided meditation, before moving into a Cacao Ceremony together, to open and connect to your heart space. Then we'll move into a music guided conscious connected breathwork journey (a breathwork journey that can be powerful for release, transformation  and emotional processing). before finishing with a short sound bath to integrate, restore and ground.
