As we approach Samhain on the 31st October, a day that marks the turn into the darker half of the year (the portion of the year that invites us to turn in), what a beautiful opportunity to pause and begin to take some time to step inside.
We'll begin with setting intention, opening the space and some guided meditation, before moving into a Cacao Circle together to connect to your heart, move into a loving frequency and generate an open-hearted space to maximise the depth of the breathwork.
