As we approach Samhain on the 31st October, a day that marks the turn into the darker half of the year (the portion of the year that invites us to turn inwards), what a beautiful opportunity to pause and begin to take some time to turn inwards.
We'll explore a conscious connected breath journey together; a beautiful opportunity to explore the unconscious, feeling into the layers underneath the noise of the day to day.
A chance to create space, shift, and show up for yourself, stepping into the more reflective, darker period of the year with intention, and heart grounded connection.
