A winter special to connect in with the heart, turn a little deeper inwards as we approach solstice, reflect, connect and come together in deep, powerful practice.
We'll begin with setting intention, opening the space and some guided meditation, before sitting with Cacao together to connect to your heart, move into a more open frequency and generate an open-hearted space to maximise the depth of the breathwork.
