About the event

With Jenny Haynes - Mind and Body Trainer at Third Space Canary Wharf

An intimate event, in the beautiful Studio 3 at the Lodge, to gather, move breathe and release ✨.

We'll begin with a juicy, music driven Vinyasa Flow, to connect with the body & move, before diving into a big conscious connected breath journey to release & feel, and then finishing with a sound bath to integrate, restore and earth.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a breathwork practice used for clearing, healing and releasing. It can have a powerful, transformative effect, and is be a beautiful chance to dive in and discover the power of your breath!

After flowing with the body, you'll be guided through a music led breathwork journey, and held throughout the process. Then you'll have a chance integrate with a sound bath (featuring Crystal Bowls, Live Vocals, Tibetan Bowls & Wind Gong). We'll be in a small studio setting so a chance to really feel the vibrations of sound, and dive into your breath practice.

There will be opportunity to set intention, share, and integrate during the session.

💫 I just wanted to say a massive thank you for yesterday! I have to admit I was quite skeptical about the breathwork as it's so unlike anything I have ever done before, but I was just blown away. I was quite surprised by my reaction to it, both physically and mentally and even found myself having a little cry at the end of it. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole afternoon and am really looking forward to the next one 

💫 ' The mindfulness/meditation in the second half of the day, really opened something that I didn’t expect, but because of Jenny’s support, I found it a really safe space to explore further, which I otherwise might not have. Also the breath work at the beginning of the day was mind blowing! Literally 🔥

Conscious connect breath however isn't suitable for anyone working with pregnancy, epilepsy, or heart conditions. For those working with other pre-existing medical conditions, do just get in touch before booking, and I can chat you through your options :)

If you're working with any pre-existing health conditions or pregnancy, do get in touch before booking (it's primarily for when we work with the breath, as conscious connected practice is a powerful practice that can have some contraindications). I'll treat everything with strict confidentiality, but it is really important to get in touch before booking, or seek guidance from your medical professional.

Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)

Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)

Detached Retina

Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries


History or diagnosis of aneurisms

Cardiovascular problems

History of seizures

Severe Asthma

Heart disease/Heart conditions


Diagnosed Severe PTSD
