Join Jenny (Third Space London, Fearne Cotton's Happy Place, Breathpod, Nike, Tim Morrison, Verve Festival, Liverpool FC, Virgin Atlantic & Wellnergy) to discover the medicine of cacao, power of your breath & the beautiful effects of sound to integrate. A really special Spring night practice to drop in together, connect and shift. As the seasons change, let's come together as the sun sets to drop in, and explore the magic of Cacao, Breath & Sound.
A chance to step into your practice, power and to step into the new season with intention, connection and community.
We'll begin with setting intention, opening the space and some guided meditation, before moving into a Cacao Circle together, to connect to your heart space, move into a loving frequency and generate an open-hearted space to maximise the depth of the breathwork.
Then we'll move into a music guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey…
