Hi, I'm Jenny, and I'm a movement, meditation and breathwork facilitator based in London, UK.

My passion lies simply in connecting people to their body and mind; guiding you to understand the joy of your movement and power of your breath in an accessible, creative and an inclusive way. Finding the FUN in the process.

I'm a 600 Hour Yoga Teacher, Mat Pilates Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Cacao Ceremony Faciliator and a trained Barre/Strength Coach.
