I put a poll out on socials to ask what it is that you were interested in, and whilst there was interest in loads of modalities, there was a big YES to a slightly more budget option that was all about big, beautiful practice.

So HERE we GO! This will be the lowest cost retreat I'm able to run in 2026, and will be all about the practice baby. A space for us to drop deep, explore, and step into the new season with intention, connection and joy.
