About the event
Join Jenny (Mind and Body Trainer at Third Space, Canary Wharf, Liverpool FC, Fearne Cotton's Happy Place, Nike, Virgin Atlantic, Wellnergy) for a guided Yin Yoga journey from the comfort of your own home.
Am hour to ground, soothe the nervous system, release and restore; the Perfect mid week practice to show up for yourself.

I'll have a conscious connected breathwork journey from 7-8.15pm, if you'd like to come for both for a full evening of practice, there's the option of Yin & Breath for £15.00
