We'll begin with setting intention, opening the space and some guided meditation, before moving into a Cacao Circle together to connect to your heart space, move into a loving frequency and generate an open-hearted space to maximise the depth of the breathwork.

Finally, we'll move into a music guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey (a breathwork journey that can be incredibly powerful for release, exploring the subconscious, processing & transformation), before finishing with a sound bath to integrate, restore, shift and ground.
