A chance to drop in for a big, cosy night of practice, to clear out, let go and step into your highest vibration together.
Let's bring in the energy we want with a summer special for July; focusing on inviting in light, listening to what needs to be moved or released to step into that light further, and gathering in a high vibe community from around the UK (and world!), all from our living rooms.
Drop into a beautiful breath journey, or comforting Yin practice, all from the comfort of your home - let's explore the heart space, drop into alignment, and practice together. .
