Id love you to join for a powerful evening of practice in the Roof Studio at Siobhan Davies Studios in Elephant and Castle; an epic space that I’m really excited to practice in, and one where we can really dive in to a beautiful experience together.
We'll begin setting intention, opening the space, and landing with some guided meditation, visualisation and somatic work.
